SO WHAT IS SYNDICATION & HOW DOES SYNDICATION WORK?

Horizon Syndication is 8 equal shares in ownership of a World Class Horizon 65 Motoryacht based in different locations around Australia.

What you get:

• 1/8th Ownership with cleared title of a luxury Horizon 65 Motoryacht
• A Professional Skipper, so you can relax and enjoy
• Full maintenance program to protect your investment
• Shares can be swapped for different locations around Australia subject to approval
• 5 year Syndication period with 6 weeks per year per shareholder
• The Skipper is responsible for the care and maintenance of the vessel
• The skipper will ensure the vessel in fully fuelled before and after all trips*
• The skipper can arrange all food, drinks and supplies then reimbursed by shareholder
• After the 5 year period there are 3 options available;

1. Retain and agree on further term of use
2. Sell vessel and distribute cash equally and then terminate agreement
3. Trade vessel on a new Horizon and commence a new term
